According to Article 13 Section 13.13 of the current Agreement between the Association and the District, the open period to enroll in the Sick Leave Bank is May 1 through June 15th of each year.
This is your only opportunity to enroll in the Sick Leave Bank for the 2020-2021 year. You must have accumulated 20 days of personal sick leave as of June 30, 2020 to be eligible to enroll.
Once you enroll in the Sick Leave Bank, you do not have to enroll every year.
To enroll now, fill out the Sick Leave Bank enrollment form on the back and send to the ACE Office on or before June 15, 2020.
If you want more details on the Sick Leave Bank, please refer to Section 13.13 of your contract, or check the contract on the website – www.acecolton.com. If you still have questions, see your ACE site rep. or call the ACE Office (909) 825-0332.
It will be helpful for employees to log on to Benefitfocus (computer or phone App) to get refamiliarized and if needed, reset their password. Click here for link.
During open enrollment, all employees are expected to log on to review the fraud message and verify benefit elections.

A leave request form has been created for employees that are unable to report to work or work remotely due to COVID 19 and need to use additional leave that has been made available by a new federal law.
If you need to request additional leave due to COVID 19, including child care leave due to school closures, please complete the attached form and email it to:
